Stroke Awareness Month

Do you know your numbers!?! I have to admit, I’m young so I never cared for paying attention to them. It was always just a quick part of my doctor appointments and that was it. A great friend, and now cousin, lost her dad to a stroke which was a result of high blood pressure.
